The FaceMySQL project has been discontinued.

When it was first written, FaceMySQL was the only web-based MySQL interface available for PHP, but the developers did not have time to maintain the project.

phpMyAdmin has all of the functionality that a database administrator could desire to have from the web and it would be a waste of our time to try and make FaceMySQL as capable.
